職責說明(míng)
1. 5-7年工作(zuò)經驗，建築學相關專業本科或以上(shàng)學曆, 對項目流程有(yǒu)完整、清晰的認識，了解國家(jiā)及地方建築規範，具有(yǒu)獨立完成項目的能力； 2. 有(yǒu)較強的溝通(tōng)、協調與組織能力，富有(yǒu)責任感，能與業主有(yǒu)效溝通(tōng)，彙報，并協調團隊工作(zuò), 負責與業主對接項目技術(shù)及工作(zuò)計劃等事宜；能同時(shí)與設計院或供應商等聯絡、溝通(tōng)，跟蹤項目進展，在設計各階段完整貫徹設計理(lǐ)念； 3. 有(yǒu)項目現場(chǎng)工作(zuò)經驗，對建築構造及細部控制(zhì)有(yǒu)一定掌控能力； 4. 熟練使用制(zhì)圖及彙報排版等相關軟件； 5. 良好的中英文溝通(tōng)能力； 6. 有(yǒu)醫(yī)療建築或環境建築設計經驗者優先。 1. 5-7 years of professional practice, have a complete and clear understanding of the project process, understand the national and local building codes, the ability to independently complete the project，bachelor degree or above; 2. Have strong communication, coordination and organization ability, good sense of responsibility, can unite and guide the team to complete the design task, coordinate with client for the technical and schedule part of project, and communicate with institute and supplier for the process of project; 3.Have on-site working experience, able to deal with structure and detail of project; 4. Proficient in drawing and typographic software; 5. Good communication skills in Chinese and English; 6. Experience in medical or factory building design will be preferred.
