任職資格： 1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 5-8 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player; 建築學或相關專業本科以上(shàng)學曆，5-8年實際工程經驗，有(yǒu)高(gāo)度的創作(zuò)熱情及優秀的設計能力，并具備較強的領導能力和(hé)團隊精神； 2. Require extensive past working experience. 具有(yǒu)豐富的工作(zuò)經驗。 3.Possess excellent visualization skills and experiences in projects of difference scales;具有(yǒu)紮實的專業設計基礎，掌握建築各專業相關知識，有(yǒu)參加大(dà)中型項目方案設計的經驗; 4. Familiarity with Chinese policy and regulations, planning applications and procedure; 熟悉建築、結構設計及驗收規範，熟悉國家(jiā)、行(xíng)業規範、強制(zhì)性标準條文及法律、法規文件，并能獨立完成設計項目; 5. Fluency in written and oral Chinese and English; 具有(yǒu)良好的中英文口頭及書(shū)面表達能力; 6. Proficiency required in the following software programs: Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft. Additional knowledge in Grasshopper, Revit and Ecotec is a plus. 精通(tōng)Rhino, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad等專業軟件, 能熟練掌握Grasshopper, Revit, Ecotec等更佳。
