工作(zuò)內(nèi)容 Responsibilities 1. 配合項目經理(lǐ)對各層次規劃提出專業意見，探索先進理(lǐ)念和(hé)技術(shù)的應用； Cooperate with the project manager to put forward professional opinions on various levels of planning and explore the application of advanced ideas and technologies; 2. 具有(yǒu)較強綜合性能力和(hé)獨立方案設計能力，可(kě)獨立完成不同尺度的城市規劃方案，協調整合其他相關專業工作(zuò)； With strong comprehensive ability and independent scheme design ability, can independently complete urban planning schemes of different scales, coordinate and integrate other related professional work; 3. 統籌整合項目成果制(zhì)作(zuò)（報告文件、演示文件、多(duō)媒體(tǐ)及動畫(huà)等）； Coordinate the production of project results (report files, presentation files, multimedia and animation, etc.); 4. 與客戶就項目進度和(hé)前期工作(zuò)的彙報和(hé)溝通(tōng)； Report and communicate with clients on project progress and preliminary work; 5. 注重對先進規劃設計理(lǐ)念的實踐探索，提出規劃實施和(hé)管理(lǐ)咨詢意見； Focus on the practical exploration of advanced planning and design concepts, and put forward planning implementation and management consulting opinions; 6. 對于經驗豐富的候選人，同時還(hái)需要負責客戶關系管理(lǐ)，團隊管理(lǐ)，項目管理(lǐ)以及對于高(gāo)難度技術(shù)問題的解決。 Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex problem solving of technical issues. 職位需求 Requirements 1. 城市規劃、城市設計、建築學及其相關專業本科及以上(shàng)學曆，有(yǒu)2年及以上(shàng)相關工作(zuò)經驗; Bachelor degree or above in urban planning, urban design, architecture and related majors, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience; 2. 具有(yǒu)較強綜合性能力和(hé)獨立方案設計能力，有(yǒu)具有(yǒu)獨立與客戶溝通(tōng)交流的經驗或項目經理(lǐ)經驗者更佳； Strong comprehensive ability and independent scheme design ability, with experience in communicating with clients independently or project manager experience is preferred; 3. 掌握國內(nèi)各層次城市規劃編制(zhì)和(hé)規範，熟悉規劃實施和(hé)管理(lǐ)； Familiar with the preparation and specification of urban planning at all levels, and understand the implementation and management of planning; 4. 具有(yǒu)良好的團隊合作(zuò)精神，有(yǒu)強烈的責任感和(hé)敬業精神，能有(yǒu)計劃地獨立完成自己的本職工作(zuò)； Able to independently complete his own job in a planned way, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and emphasize teamwork capabilities; 5. 熟練操作(zuò)AutoCAD, Powerpoint, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator等專業繪圖軟件及常用辦公軟件； Skilled in CAD, Powerpoint, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other drawing software; 6. 良好的中、英文口頭和(hé)書(shū)面溝通(tōng)技能。 Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
