工作(zuò)內(nèi)容 Responsibilities 1. 參與建築設計項目工作(zuò)，包括項目概念發展，模型制(zhì)作(zuò)，手繪草圖，電(diàn)腦(nǎo)繪圖以及文本排版； Involved in architectural projects, including project concept development, model making, hand-drawn sketches, computer graphics, and text layout; 2. 對于經驗豐富的候選人，同時還(hái)需要負責客戶關系管理(lǐ)，團隊管理(lǐ)，項目管理(lǐ)以及對于高(gāo)難度技術(shù)問題的解決。 Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex problem solving of technical issues. 職位需求 Requirements 1. 全日制(zhì)建築學或相關專業本科及以上(shàng)學曆； Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture or equivalent; 2. 具有(yǒu)2年以上(shàng)建築設計相關經驗； With more than 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design; 3. 能熟練使用AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite(包括Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)，會(huì)使用3D Studio Max, Rhino或其他3D軟件者優先。能熟練操作(zuò)常用計算(suàn)機辦公軟件； Proficient in AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite(including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). 3D Studio Max, Rhino or other 3D software is an advantage. Good command of Microsoft Office; 4. 優秀的2D和(hé)3D手繪技能； Excellent hand-drawn 2D and 3D skills; 5. 學習能力強，具有(yǒu)創新意識，工作(zuò)積極上(shàng)進； With learning ability, a sense of innovation and self-motivated; 6. 良好的英語閱溝通(tōng)能力； Good command of English in writing, speaking and listening; 7. 具有(yǒu)良好的動手能力，能夠有(yǒu)創意地進行(xíng)工作(zuò)模型（實體(tǐ)模型）制(zhì)作(zuò)； With good hands-on skill with innovation in model-make; 8. 具備良好的人際溝通(tōng)能力，有(yǒu)團隊合作(zuò)精神。 Excellent interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills.
