工作(zuò)職責 協助配合空(kōng)間(jiān)主案設計師完成全套施工圖繪制(zhì)；參與項目施工現場(chǎng)的配合與交涉；必要時需跟蹤施工現場(chǎng)進行(xíng)圖紙整改，解決施工難點；協助配合在各項材料及項目進度上(shàng)跟進。 你(nǐ)的條件 -建築、環藝、室內(nèi)設計等相關專業學曆背景，至少(shǎo)3年以上(shàng)建築設計或裝飾施工圖繪制(zhì)經驗； -精通(tōng)AutoCAD及SketchUp軟件，熟練工程設計标準和(hé)各項要求，能獨立完成項目施工圖工作(zuò)； -熟悉施工圖制(zhì)作(zuò)流程，能夠把控不同空(kōng)間(jiān)尺度及常用采用工藝；施工經驗豐富，了解材料及設計概算(suàn)方面的知識； -出色的理(lǐ)解和(hé)溝通(tōng)能力，團隊協作(zuò)及解決問題的能力； -較強的責任心和(hé)敬業精神，能夠承受較大(dà)工作(zuò)壓力。 RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the construction drawing design and on-site supervision for any interior design (retail store) project. QUALIFICATIONS： -Background of architecture or environmental design. At least 3 years of full-time design working experience of construction drawing design; -Highly proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp. Strong professional skills, capable of completing preliminary design and construction drawing design independently; -Passionate about pursing the artistry of interior design project, and highly proficient with materials and construction techniques; rich experience in costing of materials and constructions; -Good sense of problem solving and teamwork. -Highly responsible and can work under pressure.
