職責說明(míng)
1. 2-5年左右建築項目經驗（商業，辦公，酒店(diàn)項目經驗優先） 2. 良好的溝通(tōng)能力并适應團隊合作(zuò)設計 3. 能夠把控設計進度，并與業主溝通(tōng)的能力 4. 熟練建模軟件（Rhino或SU），會(huì)使用Rhino及Grasshopper優先考慮 5. 對渲染軟件有(yǒu)一定了解 (Lumion優先) 6. 熟練使用排版與圖形制(zhì)作(zuò)軟件（ID / AI / PS） 7. 有(yǒu)一定的圖紙繪制(zhì)功底（AutoCAD） 8. 會(huì)使用基礎辦公軟件（Excel / PowerPoint） 9. 建築學本科及以上(shàng)學曆 1. Around 2-5 year working experience （Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred） 2. Good communication skill and team-work ability. 3. Have ability to control the design schedule, and communicate with the client. 4. Experienced modelling skill (Rhino/Grasshopper is preferred) 5. Basic Rendering Software Skill (Lumion is Preferred) 6. Basic technical drawing skill (Auto CAD) 7. Familiar with following software: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint 8. Bachelor degree of architecture or above.
