建築設計總監|北京 1、 建築專業碩士學位，10年以上(shàng)工作(zuò)經驗，3年以上(shàng)海外工作(zuò)經驗，擔任過大(dà)型公共建築項目主創設計師或負責人； 2、 熟悉設計操作(zuò)過程，突出的建築設計能力,有(yǒu)相對系統的工作(zuò)方法，能夠獨立或帶領團隊推進項目各階段（概念設計、方案設計、深化設計）設計工作(zuò)，并對工作(zuò)成果有(yǒu)較高(gāo)要求； 3、 具有(yǒu)較強的對外溝通(tōng)能力，熟悉項目流程，能夠準确理(lǐ)解業主需求，有(yǒu)效組織團隊； 4、 具有(yǒu)豐富的專業知識，協同或指導項目負責人協調技術(shù)顧問團隊； 5、 工作(zuò)态度積極，有(yǒu)責任心； 6、 精通(tōng)中英文雙語或有(yǒu)知名事務所工作(zuò)經曆者優先； Design Director | Beijing 1、 Master of Architecture; More than 10 years of working experience; 3 years of oversea experience. 2、 Worked as main design architect or project manager on medium or large -sized public architectural projects； 3、 Highly familiar with general design process; excellent design skills and systematic working methods; high standards of work result; 4、 Strong communication skills in order to understand clients’ needs and lead team effectively; 5、 Enough technical knowledge to coordinate consultants independently or with team members; 6、 Self-motivated and responsible； 7、 Proficiency in both English and Chinese or working experience in reknown firms is a plus.
