職責說明(míng)
1、建築/室內(nèi)設計科系或美院本科以上(shàng)學曆，3年以上(shàng)工作(zuò)經驗，中英文流利，具方案設計能力； 2、具有(yǒu)餐飲/酒店(diàn)空(kōng)間(jiān)及商業項目相關的方案及深化設計經驗； 3、具深化能力，熟悉制(zhì)圖規範、施工工藝、流程及裝飾材料等應用； 4、熟練掌握AutoCad、Photoshop、Sketch-up、等繪圖軟件及相關計算(suàn)機軟件； 5、優秀的設計才能，良好的組織能力和(hé)團隊精神，可(kě)獨立掌握項目進行(xíng)； 6、熱愛(ài)設計，擁有(yǒu)激情，充滿正能量； 7、流利的英語口語及交流能力； 1. Possess a bachelor degree or above in Architecture. Have design sensibility, demonstrable design ability; 2. 3 years of experience; 3. Proficiency in Rhinoceros，Auto Cad、Photoshop、Sketch-up、，Microsoft Office and related software, expertly Vray is preferred; 4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Would like to supervise construction site; 5. Keep self-motivated and know well in gaining new knowledge; 6. Love Architecture, be passionate; 7. Candidates with overseas study and working experience are preferred.
