配合高(gāo)級規劃師完成城市規劃、建築設計等工作(zuò)，包括圖紙、說明(míng)、文本、方案彙報等設計工作(zuò)。 Assisting the senior planner to complete the work such as urban planning and architectural design, including the design of drawings, illustrations, texts and scheme reporting, etc. 1. 城市設計/規劃/建築設計/景觀設計本科學位以上(shàng)，具有(yǒu)2年以上(shàng)工作(zuò)經驗； 2. 熟悉國家(jiā)城市規劃專業設計規範及建築設計項目的操作(zuò)流程，有(yǒu)獨立完成區(qū)域城市規劃項目工作(zuò)經驗者或曾主持地市級以上(shàng)城市或區(qū)域的城市規劃項目的優先； 3. 有(yǒu)甲級設計院工作(zuò)經驗或城市更新項目經驗優先。 4. 電(diàn)腦(nǎo)技能，必須會(huì)使用Adobe軟件、AutoCAD、Office軟件，3D技能優先。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Urban Design/Urban Planning/Architectural Design/Landscape Design, at least more than 2 years’ experience. 2. Being familiar with the design code of the national urban design field as well as the operation procedure of architectural design projects; applicants with experience in performing regional urban planning projects independently or with experiences of presiding the urban design projects above the prefecture-level or regional urban planning projects shall be prioritized. 3. Experience in large-scale design institute or in urban renewal shall be prioritized 4. Computers skills: excellent in Adobe, AutoCAD and MS Office.
